Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of stock shortages or unexpected delays, our team will contact you promptly.

Delivery Time

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Large or bulky rehabilitation equipment may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment status.

Large Equipment Deliveries

Some physiotherapy equipment, treatment tables, exercise machines, and other bulky items may require special freight arrangements.

  • Delivery for oversized items may be curbside only.

  • Additional services such as inside delivery may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.
